Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 11 August 2026

Entity: AIT Pro LLP, Kazakhstan

AIT Pro LLP operates Stratuye. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data processed when users visit the website, create a Stratuye account, connect a brokerage account or use Stratuye technology services.

1. Scope and controller

AIT Pro LLP, Kazakhstan, is responsible for the Stratuye platform and for personal data processed for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the roles of independent brokerage providers and other third parties. Contact: [email protected].

2. Personal data we may collect

  • Account and identity data: name, email address, account identifiers, language, account status and similar profile information.
  • Brokerage connection data: OAuth tokens or equivalent authorization identifiers, brokerage account identifiers, account type and connection status. When OAuth is used, brokerage login credentials are entered with the brokerage provider and are not intended to be collected by Stratuye.
  • Portfolio and trading data: balances, buying power, positions, orders, fills, transaction status, portfolio history and related account information made available through the connected integration.
  • Strategy and settings data: selected strategy profile, automation status, risk settings, connected-account preferences and related configuration.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, logs, authentication events, security events, error data and similar diagnostics.
  • Communications: support requests, emails and other messages sent to us.
  • Billing data: subscription status, invoices and payment-related records. Payment-card data may be processed by a payment provider rather than stored directly by Stratuye.

3. How we use personal data

  • Provide, authenticate, operate and support the Stratuye platform.
  • Connect supported brokerage accounts and retrieve account information authorized by the user.
  • Calculate account-specific orders and, when enabled by the user, submit authorized transactions through the connected brokerage integration.
  • Display positions, orders, balances, performance information and strategy analytics.
  • Apply account-level risk controls, prevent duplicate execution and maintain operational audit records.
  • Protect accounts, investigate security events, prevent fraud and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Communicate service, security, billing and material policy updates.
  • Maintain records and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases and user choices

Depending on the applicable law and context, Stratuye processes personal data with the user's consent, to perform the user agreement, to protect legitimate security and operational interests, and to comply with legal obligations. Users may revoke a brokerage connection or withdraw consent where applicable, but doing so may prevent Stratuye from providing connected-account functionality.

5. Brokerage integrations

Brokerage providers are independent organizations with their own privacy notices and account agreements. When a user authorizes a connection, Stratuye receives only the permissions and data made available through that integration. Stratuye does not open, maintain or custody the user's brokerage account.

6. Sharing of personal data

We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support Stratuye, including cloud hosting, security, identity/authentication, communications, analytics, payment, brokerage-integration and professional-service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.

7. International and cross-border processing

Stratuye may use service providers or technical infrastructure located in more than one country. Where applicable law requires consent, localization, contractual safeguards or other measures for international processing or transfer, AIT Pro LLP will implement the required measures for the relevant processing. Users should contact us if they require additional information about the location or safeguards applicable to their data.

8. Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with applicable legal requirements. When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and operational retention procedures.

9. Security

Stratuye uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access restrictions, credential and secret-management controls, encrypted network transport, server hardening, logging, monitoring, backup procedures and vulnerability/patch management. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. User rights

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to request information about personal data, access or correct data, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, request deletion or blocking where appropriate, and raise concerns with a competent authority. Requests may be sent to the contact address below. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

11. Cookies and website technologies

The Stratuye website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, language preferences and basic service operation. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are disclosed through the website and, where required, made subject to appropriate user choice.

12. Children

Stratuye is not intended for children or for persons who are not legally eligible to hold and control the relevant brokerage account. We do not knowingly provide the connected trading service to children.

13. Policy changes

We may update this Policy when our services, providers, security practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, website, email or another reasonable method where required.
